How to apply for membership:
Applying for certification is easy. Simply complete an online application and pay a minimal application fee. You’ll need to provide information regarding your business and mailing practices. If accepted to the program, you’ll pay an annual license fee and can immediately reap the benefits of improved delivery right away.

Completing the online application will take approximately 15 minutes so gather all the information you need before you begin. You can find that info in the Certification Evaluation Kit. If you are unable to complete the application in one session, we’ll provide you with login information so you can return to it later. Remember, there is a non-refundable application fee payable by credit card, but we don’t ask for it until you are ready to submit the application.
